List a customer’s fiat orders

GET /api/v1/partner/customers/{customerId}/fiat-orders

Required scope: payments:read.

Returns only orders minted by this partner relationship. A partner can never see another partner’s orders (they share the merchant’s userId).

Every order carries refunded_cents and chargeback_cents, filled from our own records rather than from the processor, so reconciling a page of orders costs no provider calls. A chargeback reverses the whole order, so a disputed order shows its amount in chargeback_cents and 0 in refunded_cents — see Retrieve a fiat order.
